Average costs of setting up a new Credit Card facilities for Doctors wanting to set up facilities to take payments from Self Pay patients.

Install set-up charge for machine and service =  £170 - £800

Monthly rental charge for machine = £30 - £110

Yearly maintenance contact = £75 - £250

Business BT line rental inc. data charge calls made = £40 - £300.00

Costs per each Credit Card per swipe = 2.90% to 4.70%

Bank transfer rates to move fees =  0.50% to 3.75%

Other related costs involved will include staff cover collecting details over the telephone
